The International Congress of Mesotherapy Experts is an annual event for doctors starting their careers and for professionals who value quality and safety and are ready to share their knowledge, experience, clinical cases and best practices.
The Congress is held annually in different countries of the world.
The MISSION – to continue the work begun by Michel Pistor and his first student Philippe Petit to develop the mesotherapy method around the world and strive to promote and popularize this method, as well as modern drugs used in mesotherapy to empower the doctor. We strive to enhance the social status and role of aesthetic medicine in general medicine.
We carry out the mission with the support of Philippe Petit, involving his students, followers, friendly specialized public organizations, and co-organizers of Congresses in different countries of the world.

The Kazakhstan Society of Mesotherapy is developing the method of mesotherapy in Kazakhstan and increasing the status and role of cosmetologists who use mesotherapy in their practice, through their training on safe drugs.

In order to attract great attention to the mesotherapy method in Kazakhstan among cosmetologists, clinics, manufacturers and the population, as well as for the professional development and exchange of experience of cosmetologists, KOMTI organizes and conducts professional events of various scales and formats at the local, republican and international levels, such as: Congresses, conferences, exhibitions, symposiums and workshop sessions with the participation of the best teaching practitioners from Kazakhstan, near and far abroad.

1.4. The Public Association is ready to conclude agreements on donations in a different way and (or) on other terms and conditions different from those specified in the Offer, for which any interested person has the right to contact the Public Association to conclude an appropriate agreement.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. In accordance with this agreement, the donor, as a voluntary donation, transfers his own funds to the current account of the Public Association in any way, and the Public Association accepts this donation and uses it for statutory purposes. The fact of transfer of a donation indicates the donor's full agreement with the terms of this agreement.
2.2. The Donor's performance of actions under this agreement is a donation in accordance with Article 516 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2.3. The donor donates funds to the Public Association in the amount determined by the donor for the Association to provide charitable assistance, in accordance with the statutory goals of the Association and current charitable programs. The donor can obtain information about the nature and scope of assistance needed for specific people, as well as about charitable programs.
3. Activities of the Public Association
3.1. Collection of voluntary donations from individuals and legal entities to support programs aimed at providing medical equipment to hospitals and dispensary centers.
3.2 Popularization of charitable activities.
3.3. The Public Association is not engaged in commercial activities and is not intended to make a profit.
3.4. The Public Association publishes information about its work and reports the results of its activities on the website www.mesocongress.com.
4. Donation
4.1. A donor is an organization or individual who provides donations or other resources on a non-profit basis for the purpose of a Public Association.
4.2. Donor activity, that is, the provision of free assistance to a charitable association.
4.3. The donor independently determines the amount of a voluntary donation and deposits it by transferring funds to the bank account of the Public Association, using any payment method indicated on the website www.mesocongress.com in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4.4. The donor can make a one-time donation through the bank using the details, including the electronic payment system, by making a donation using a credit card or electronic money.
4.4.1. The fact that the donation was transferred to the account of the Public Association, including by sending an SMS message within the framework of projects, indicates the donor’s full agreement with the terms of this agreement.
4.4.2. If the donor's chosen donation transfer method includes a "Purpose of Payment" designation, the donor may choose to indicate one of the following options:
- Donation for statutory activities. Not subject to VAT;
- Donation for current programs. NDS is not appearing.
4.4.3. When transferring a donation, to correctly identify the payer, the Donor indicates his contacts: email address and/or phone number.
4.4.4. The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is: the date of receipt of funds from the Donor to the current account of the Public Association or, depending on the case, to the account of the Public Association in the payment system; as well as the date of sending a short text message (SMS) or the date of receipt by authorized representatives of the Association of funds from the box (box) for collecting donations.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The Public Association is obliged to use the funds received from the Donor under this agreement strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and within the framework of its statutory activities.
5.2. The donor has the right to choose the object of assistance at his own discretion, indicating the appropriate purpose of payment when transferring the donation. The current list of projects is published on the website www.mesocongress.com in social networks and media.
5.3. When receiving an unaddressed donation, the Public Association independently determines its use based on the approved budget items, which are an integral part of its activities.
5.4. After receiving a donation indicating the name of the person in need, the Public Association sends the donation to help this project. If the amount of donations for a specific project exceeds the amount necessary to provide assistance, the Public Association informs donors about this by publishing information on the website. The Public Association uses the positive difference between the amount of donations received and the amount necessary to provide assistance for a specific project for statutory purposes (for social support and protection of citizens, implementation of international projects and programs, including charitable ones), based on common interests aimed at social support and protection of citizens in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2001 No. 142-II “On Non-Profit Organizations”). A donor who does not agree to a change in funding purpose has the right to request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of publication of this information.
5.5. Donations received without specifying a specific purpose are used to achieve the statutory goals of the Association (providing assistance to people with disabilities, placement in boarding schools, purchasing rehabilitation equipment, developing social and medical programs, expenses for the administrative needs of the Association in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2001 No. 142-II “On Non-Profit Organizations”).
5.6. The Donor agrees that the Public Association will process personal data provided by the Donor during a voluntary donation (name, address, place of residence, email address, bank details), including to third parties (based on an agreement with), in order to fulfill this agreements, including the following actions: collection, registration, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking of email, deletion, destruction of personal data. In all other cases, the Public Association undertakes not to disclose the Donor’s personal information to third parties without his written consent.
The exception is the requirements for this information by government agencies authorized to request such information.
Consent to the processing of personal data is valid until the Donor withdraws it in writing.
5.7. The donor has the right to receive information about the use of the donation. To exercise this right: at the request of the donor, the Public Association is ready to: confirm the intended use of the donations received with the appropriate accounting documents; provide the donor with information about assistance within the framework of the ongoing project, as well as responsible medical workers about the results of assistance provided in the form of an extract from the medical history.
Documents, including medical and other materials, on the basis of which decisions on the provision of targeted assistance are made, are stored in the archives of the Public Association.
5.8. The Association has no other obligations to the Donor other than the obligations specified in this Agreement.
6. Other conditions
6.1. In the event of disputes and disagreements between the Parties under this agreement, they will be resolved, if possible, through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, disputes and disagreements can be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the courts at the location of the Public Association.

1.2. User - a person using the Site.
1.3. Legislation - the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.4. Personal data - personal data of the User, which the User provides independently during registration or in the process of using the functionality of the Site.

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only those Personal Data that are necessary for the provision of Services by the Operator and interaction with the User.

2.2.2 identification of the User;
2.2.3 interaction with the User;
2.2.4 sending promotional materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;
2.3. The operator processes the following data:
2.3.1 last name, first name and patronymic;
2.3.2 email address;
2.3.3 telephone number (including mobile).
2.4. The User is prohibited from indicating personal data of third parties on the Site (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary confirmation of third parties to carry out such actions).
3. PROCESSING PROCEDURE FOR PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data” of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Operator.
3.2. With regard to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The Operator has the right to save an archived copy of Personal Data.
The Operator has the right to store Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User’s consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;
3.4.2 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 The User has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of the Site or provision of Services to the User;
3.6. The Operator carries out automated processing of Personal Data and Data.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The Operator ensures proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
4.2. The applied protection measures, among other things, make it possible to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
5. OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Operator.
Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the relevant claim to the Operator in writing. The period for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
5.3. If for one reason or another one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
5.4. The Operator has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Site.
5.5. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes in the Privacy Policy by familiarizing himself with the current version.
